Running both a firm and an agency? That is two accounts — they do not share data.

Questions

Is my clients' information kept private?

Each account runs on its own separate database — your records are never in the same file as another firm's. Email is fetched live from your mailbox when you open a message and is not stored on our side.

Do I have to move my email somewhere new?

No. You connect the Gmail or IMAP mailbox you already use, and it keeps working exactly as before — BarkerSuite reads alongside it rather than replacing it.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Billing is handled by Stripe, and you can cancel yourself from your account settings without emailing anyone.

Can I use it in Spanish?

BarkerSuite Legal is entirely in Spanish, built for Latin American practice — the legal corpus available today is Costa Rica's. Travel is in English.

Is my card safe?

Card details are entered on Stripe's own payment pages and never touch our servers, so we never see or store them.
